Before joining the Group, Mario was a Partner and Executive Director of Infordesporto, a Portuguese company bought by Portugal Telecom in 1999.

Julian Porras – Chief Executive, Latin America – Omnicom Media Group LATAM

Currently, as Chief Executive for OmnicomMediaGroup Latin America, the media, digital, data analytics and technology services division of publicly traded Omnicom (NYSE: OMC), one of the world’s marketing services leader, Julian oversees the operations of a $1B+ in revenue organization in 18 markets across the Latin American region and the Caribbean employing over 1,500 personnel. Under Julian’s tenure since 2010 with OmnicomMediaGroup, the Latin American region has seen revenue and profit grow consistently, while driving some of the world’s most iconic Brands through marketing communications transformation, embracing digital media technologies while leveraging data and analytics for business growth. He is now spearheading the deployment of Omnicom’s people-based, precision marketing platform, OMNI, across the Group’s media agencies, a capability that will provide a competitive advantage of a single end-to-end platform for marketing decisions. Experienced in M&A, P&L management and fiduciary responsibilities of a public company, Julian is an all rounded and proven international chief executive officer.
Previously, as Senior Vice President, Regional Managing Director for Latin America at Publicis Groupe, Julian led the multinational client operations of the publicly traded French marketing services company (NYSE: PUBY). Earlier, Julian rose through the ranks of global advertising agency Leo Burnett in his native Mexico, having worked and lived in Chicago, New York City and Santiago, Chile, throughout his 15-year career with that group prior to that company’s acquisition by Publicis Groupe.
Julian holds a B.J. from The University of Texas at Austin. He has served in several charitable boards including the Ronald McDonald Charity Homes, Unidos Somos Mas, among others.

Matias Rivera – Founder & CEO – Fanatiz

Matias is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fz Sports, a global technology company that connects sports fans with the content they love. Its innovative technology and business model enables rights holders to better connect with and monetize their audiences, while also enhancing the sports viewing and engagement experience for fans. It operates three independent but complementary businesses:

1190 Sports: Manages and commercializes sports rights – broadcasting, image, and distribution – providing a unique value proposition allowing leagues, federations, and brands to strengthen their connection with consumers.
Nunchee: Provides white-label technology and know-how to create and operate direct-to-consumer streaming services focused on sports content.
In addition to his ongoing work at the helm of Fanatiz, Matias is a seasoned entrepreneur, having helped launch four other successful organizations: Start-Up Chile, Reforestemos Foundation, Jump Chile and Healyx Labs. He earned an Industrial & Computer Science Engineering degree in 2010 from Chile’s Catholic University, holds an MBA from Stanford University, where he was recognized with the 2016 Miller Social Change Leadership Award, and has studied at Harvard University and Singularity University.
Besides his day to day work at Fanatiz, Rivera is actively involved in non-profit and social impact activities, serving as Chairman of Reforestemos Foundation, the boards of Patagonia Sur and Fundación Lealtad Chile, and as a member of the Chilean Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy. He is also a member of Millenium Leaders ML50 (www.g-50.org), a select group of outstanding Latin American professionals under the age of 40.
